It is not easy for anybody to come up and speak about their traumas and scars both physical and psychological ones who had passed through such situations in life. Her story should be not treated as a detail-of-life of a female who suffered all his. Instead of it, it brought before us a very hidden aspect of society about which nobody talks or writes. Such victims often find themselves as castaways in their society to whom society does not see nor it accept them again in its fabric!!!
Human Traffickers
The family in which Sarah born was a mixture of love and stress. Common in majority of families, these formative years played a significant effect in her personality development and later life. Seeking love, respect, and validation from the outside world to fill out her internal childhood vacuum, she became an easy target for those who had a questionable and compromised past of their own.
Prevailing the Darkness
The allurement of an independent, and stable future promised to her by the human traffickers made her to enter into a journey that would cost her physically and psychologically for rest of her life. Fear, hopelessness, isolation, helplessness, and death were the feelings and tactics employed by her traffickers to captivate and make her obedient in the filth she found herself now.

Such rackets dismantle the personal identity of their victims and make them an exploitative-profiteering tool of them. Freedom Fighting
Sarah fight for freedom began with her resolve that her life, freedom, and survival, all depends only on her. No one will come to rescue her. As long as she did not fight back, her traffickers and exploiters will continue to push back her. Thus she shared her feelings and plans with some of trusted persons who in themselves were victims for the freedom and escape from this tyrannical system. This fight for freedom was not an easy one. Her abusers were not ordinary criminals who would easily quaver away. They were hardened racketeers with deep nexus in all directions for their safety and dirty business.
Born Again
The recovery steps of Sarah involved the facing of her trauma bravely. Like her resolution for freedom from the tyranny of traffickers, she faced the nasty experiences of her past with open, investigative eyes. With a hope and belief that no other person like her should not pass in future from the circumstances she had. This mental, and emotional journey of hers was not an easy one for her but it definitely gave the resilience and tools to her she could use for others healings as well.

Support systems is the most basic thing for anybody who underwent in such situations. This recovery journey is not a lonely one. Rather it is a conglomerate of family, friends, and medical experts who help and devise such strategies and atmosphere where the victim come back to life and learn to leave the traumatic feelings behind them.
